Returns 

We want every parent and little one to feel completely confident shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

30 Day Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original condition

  • In the original packaging

This ensures that all parents receive brand-new, hygienic products for their babies.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital/downloadable items

  • Personal or intimate baby items such as pacifiers, baby bottles, teethers, and any product that comes in direct contact with a baby’s mouth or skin once opened

  • Any item not in its original condition or packaging

  • Items returned after 30 days

Return Process

To start a return, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • Proof of purchase (email receipt or confirmation)

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed through TheLovelyBabies.com directly.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email and let you know whether the refund has been approved or declined.

Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not arrived:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account.

  2. Contact your card provider, as posting times may vary.

  3. Contact your bank for additional processing delays.

Sale Items

Sale items or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, the cost of the return label (if purchased through us) will be deducted from your refund total.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
